What are your protocols concerning COVID-19?
Clients should arrive alone if possible (i.e., no children, friends or family accompaniment allowed). Exceptions will be made to Include consideration for disabled individuals and those persons who require accompaniment (e.g. a parent or guardian).
Waiting area inside shop is closed until further notice.
Please use hand sanitizer station upon entering the shop.
Public washrooms will be unavailable at this time.
Personal belongings to be kept in the car.
Face mask Must be worn before entering the shop and during your service. If your have your own mask, we encourage you to wear it. If you do not have your own upon arrival, we will provide you one at an additional cost.
All stations are separated by glass for your protection.
Preferred method of payment will be credit and debit cards tap, if possible, to limit the cash.
If you have traveled outside of the country, you are required to self-quarantine for 14 days before booking your appointment.
If at any point during your service any staff member feels their health could be compromised. We have the full right to refuse service.
If your feeling any symptoms, please cancel your appointment with us. Clients who have had symptoms in the last 10 days will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
How are staff trained to promote safety?
All staff members will be required to wear PPE as per WorkSafe BC instructions.
All staff members will be practicing proper hygiene and will be washing their hands frequently throughout the day.
There will be 15 minutes gap between each appointment in order to fully sanitize all equipment including tools, cape, stations, hands and chairs. Tools will not be shared among staff.
High traffic areas are cleaned more frequently (e.g. door knobs, front desks etc.) in a day.
Shop will be thoroughly cleaned at the start, during and at the end of each day as well as full station cleaned between services with proper sanitation products.
